HISAMATSU Ikumi wears Kimono with TOMARU Sayaka(left) and IWASAKI Nami(right). The Sens(folding fan) Ikumi holds is written "Hissho(never fail to victory)". When we Japanese say Hissho, it is often used in the sense of praying for success.
In Japan, February is the exam season for going to college. So they pray for passing exam with putting Kimono and Sens. Good luck for all of the student and they are expecting to say congratulations!
